SKELAR is hiring a Regional Operations Manager for the Asia region to improve operational efficiency, manage a remote team, optimize business-development and onboarding processes, develop KPI systems, analyze data, and identify process improvements. The role requires strong English communication, data-management and operational-excellence skills, strategic decision-making, and the ability to manage risks and dependencies; Chinese or Vietnamese B1-B2 and basic SQL and Tableau skills are advantageous.
