Description
ABB is hiring an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day plant operations and manage approximately eight direct reports across manufacturing, logistics, quality, planning, and technology. The role oversees KPIs for safety, quality, delivery, productivity, costs, and resource utilization; leads the plant relocation and transition to a new manufacturing model; and develops managers and shop-floor culture. The position requires at least 12 years of manufacturing experience, team leadership, strong KPI and change-management skills, Czech fluency, C1 English, and a university degree or equivalent experience.
