Description
The Operations Manager oversees ABM shift supervisors, lead workers, and frontline employees at a manufacturing facility, managing work scheduling, staffing, training, payroll, inventory, equipment, safety, quality, customer service, budgeting, audits, and employee performance. The role reports to the Site Manager and requires operational team-management experience, mechanical and electrical system knowledge, communication and computer skills, and flexibility for holidays and weekends.
