Description
The Transportation Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day operations, performance, safety, compliance, and costs of a large-scale corporate shuttle transportation program supporting airport and airside operations. The role manages contracted shuttle service providers, continuous bus routes for up to 20,000 employees, fleet and driver coverage, vendor KPIs and SLAs, labor relations, FAA, OSHA, TSA, and airport airside requirements, and operational improvements. A high school diploma is required, a bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred, and 3–5 years of experience managing corporate transportation, airport shuttle fleets, transit operations, or large-scale bus operations is required.
