Description
The Operations Manager will oversee customer service, order follow-up, inventory management, store organization, replenishment, sales, compliance, and commercial improvements in a supermarket. The role supports the Store Manager, leads a small team, and requires a secondary education diploma or equivalent experience, initial food-retail experience, organizational and communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to work under pressure. It is a full-time position with a five-day schedule, vacation days, and statutory public holidays.
