Amazon is hiring an Operations Manager for its Rural Super Rural delivery operations in Dothan, Alabama. The role leads and develops salaried and hourly teams, manages safety, quality, productivity, attendance, and customer delivery promises, leads large-scope projects, and uses data-driven decision-making to improve operations. The position requires in-role training at an operating site 50+ miles from the home site, flexible weekend or overnight shifts, and physical work involving lifting up to 49 pounds and prolonged standing and walking. Candidates need at least three years of employee and performance management experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, or two years of Amazon blue-badge or full-time experience; performance metrics, process improvement, or lean experience is preferred. The base salary is $91,000 to $136,500 annually, with sign-on payments, restricted stock units, and comprehensive benefits.
