IGQ9 is hiring an Operations Manager to lead and develop salaried and hourly workforce at a sort center in DeKalb, Illinois. The role manages safety, quality, productivity, attendance, customer delivery, labor strategy, large-scale projects, AI and automation pilots, and cross-functional improvement initiatives while coaching future operations leaders. Candidates need at least three years of employee and performance management experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, or two years of Amazon blue-badge/FTE experience, plus flexibility for weekends, nights, and holidays. The position requires physically demanding work, including lifting up to 49 pounds and standing or walking for up to 12 hours per shift, and offers a base salary of $91,000 to $136,500 annually plus benefits.
