Amazon is hiring an Operations Manager for its new Fulfillment Center in the Recife region. The role leads inbound operations for the night shift, supervises Area Managers and hourly associates, and is responsible for safety, quality, performance, staffing, process improvement, and operational goals. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent, team-management and operational or logistics experience, English fluency, and flexibility for weekends, nights, and holidays; MBA or business-process-improvement experience is preferred.
