Amazon is hiring an Operations Manager to lead and develop salaried and hourly talent in its Worldwide Operations network, supporting customer delivery across first-mile, middle-mile, and last-mile workflows. The role manages safety, quality, productivity, attendance, and customer delivery promises; leads large-scope projects; creates productivity plans; and collaborates with Safety, Ops Integration, Loss Prevention, and Human Resources. The position requires a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays, and involves physically demanding work. Candidates need at least three years of employee and performance management experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, or two years of Amazon blue-badge/FTE experience; performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques experience is preferred. The base salary is $91,000 to $136,500 USD annually in Santa Clarita, California, with additional benefits.
