Amazon is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a Delivery Station and manage last-mile delivery operations for more than 30,000 packages. The role oversees Delivery Service Providers and drivers, manages a team of seven managers and more than 100 associates, develops operational workflows and performance metrics, solves complex problems, and supports talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent or at least two years of Amazon experience, at least three years of employee and performance management experience, and at least three years of experience with performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques.
