Amazon is hiring an Operations Manager for its new Fulfillment Center in the Recife region. The role manages a shift or multiple shifts, supervises Area Managers and hourly associates, oversees safety, quality, performance, staffing, process improvement, and customer experience, and reports to a Senior Operations Manager. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent, team-management and operational or logistics experience, English fluency, and flexibility for weekends, nights, and holidays; MBA or management-related experience, business-process-improvement expertise, and Excel and SQL experience are preferred.
