Amazon Japan is hiring an Operations Manager for its logistics site in Matsudo, Chiba Prefecture. The role leads operations for a team of approximately 20 to 300 members, including sort and dispatch, safety, quality, performance, customer service, staffing, production planning, budget management, and cross-functional projects. The position requires at least three years of experience managing people, goods, and money using numerical data and metrics, managerial experience, project management experience, and business-level Japanese or English proficiency. It is primarily a daytime shift role with possible weekend, public holiday, and night-shift work.
