Description
Amazon is hiring an Operations Manager for its Last Mile Delivery Station in Chennai. The role supports the Site Lead in performance management and operational planning, manages channel partners and store accounts, delivers training and coaching, reports store and network performance, manages a multi-layer team, drives volume and FTR targets, handles operational escalations, and supports station operations and customer deliveries. Candidates need at least two years of employee and performance management experience and a bachelor's degree or equivalent, or two years of Amazon blue-badge or FTE experience; one or more years of performance-metrics, process-improvement, or lean experience is preferred.
