GEODIS is hiring a permanent full-time Operations Manager (M/F) in Ensuès-la-Redonne, France, to supervise operations teams, manage human and material resources, oversee productivity, quality, safety, budgets, and profitability, and support the Site Director. The role requires a BAC+4/MAITRISE/MASTER-level qualification, at least three years of operational experience, WMS and SAP proficiency, strong people-management and supply-chain knowledge, a Category B driving license, and English proficiency. The position follows an afternoon shift with possible Saturday work and a 218-day annual working-time arrangement.
