Description
Mystaire is hiring a full-time Operations Manager for its production department in Creedmoor, North Carolina. The role reports to the COO and oversees manufacturing, production scheduling, quality control, inventory and warehouse operations, supplier and contract-manufacturing audits, new-product introduction, cost management, and global product distribution. The position requires a related bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience, at least 10 years of related experience including 5 years of management, and expertise in high-volume process-control manufacturing, ISO 9001, UL, CSA, CE, GMP, and ERP systems. It is an hourly, Monday-Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM role with some travel, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and other benefits.
