Description
The Senior Operations Manager provides strategic oversight and operational leadership across multiple accounts, sites, and field teams in a security operations portfolio. The role manages Operations Managers and Field Supervisors, drives TQS performance and standardized processes, oversees staffing and workforce planning, leads incident response and risk management, and coordinates with Account Management and other functions. It requires 5–8+ years of security operations or multi-site management experience, offers a hybrid field and office/remote arrangement with frequent travel and on-call availability, and develops into a Director of Operations.
