Alpine is hiring a field-based Operations Manager to lead multiple client sites throughout the Greater Toronto Area. The role manages frontline teams, client relationships, site inspections, staffing, budgets, compliance, maintenance, and supply inventory while using systems such as Dayforce, OrangeQC, and Microsoft Office. It requires at least three years of experience leading teams in a multi-site operational environment and two years in commercial cleaning, facilities services, hospitality, or a similar service-focused industry, along with a valid driver's licence, clean driving abstract, and territory travel flexibility.
