The role oversees plant production, budgets, staffing, maintenance, inventory, customer delivery, quality, safety, environmental compliance, continuous improvement, and plant expansion or acquisition integration. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least five years of operations or production management experience, and the ability to work in manufacturing areas; an MBA, Six Sigma certification, and chemical-manufacturing experience are preferred.
