Description
The Freight Forwarding and 3PL Operations Manager will lead day-to-day warehouse, freight forwarding, and third-party logistics operations, including consolidation, ocean and truckload shipments, inventory control, order fulfillment, customer service, safety compliance, budgeting, and team leadership. The role requires at least seven years of progressive leadership experience in freight forwarding, warehouse operations, or third-party logistics, with experience managing supervisors and multiple operational departments, and is based on-site Monday through Friday with an annual salary of $85,000 to $88,500.
