AWP Safety is hiring an Operations Manager for its West Division in Northeast Ohio to support the Branch Manager and lead a team of 25–50 employees. The role manages safe work practices, traffic control, staffing, payroll, scheduling, customer service, safety compliance, training, and business development while maintaining safe work environments and protecting employees, customers, and assets. The position requires 5–10 years of management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, computer proficiency, P&L experience, and a valid driver’s license. Compensation is $85,000–$95,000 plus a 7% AIP and company vehicle, with medical, dental, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
