The Operations Manager assists the Executive and/or Regional Leadership in developing and implementing the BURG business plan, represents the assigned BURG on the Regional Leadership Team, and is accountable for BURG success, SQP goals, profit targets, project-team performance, business initiatives, and safety. The role directs and oversees staff within an assigned region, manages project and BURG safety and risk processes, and participates in training and certifications.
