Description
The Operations Manager oversees the operational efficiency, compliance, cash management, staffing, training, and risk management of a bank branch. The role supervises tellers and other operational staff, supports complex customer concerns, collaborates with the Branch Manager, and helps achieve branch and sales goals. It requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience, plus at least five years of banking experience and three years in a supervisory position. The full-time position pays $70,000–$80,000 annually plus bonus and benefits.
