Base is hiring an Operations Manager to lead operations for its Connecticut market, overseeing warehouse and materials operations, field installation crews, local market strategy, installation volume, quality, safety, customer experience, and relationships with utilities and municipal stakeholders. The role requires 5–8 years of experience in high-growth operations, military leadership, or field service operations, along with analytical, technical, and NEC-compliance knowledge. The position is in-person and may expand as the business evolves.
