The Outbound Operations Manager at Arvato oversees daily production and distribution activities across an entire facility, including production scheduling, shipping requirements, quality, safety, reliability, and cost objectives. The role leads front-end staff, supports employee development and hiring, manages performance reviews and attendance, prepares business reviews, coordinates with customers, and maintains operational metrics and 5S standards. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, cross-functional leadership experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a high-pressure environment are required; customer service, SAP, and leadership experience are preferred.
