Arvato is hiring an Operations Manager for a large-scale, complex high-tech warehouse operation in Echt, Limburg, with responsibility for multiple international customers, KPI performance, cost optimization, stakeholder management, and leadership of three Warehouse Managers. The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in logistics, business administration, engineering, or a similar field, 5–7 years of logistics experience, leadership experience, WMS knowledge, analytical and financial skills, continuous improvement experience, and fluent English. The position offers a gross monthly salary of €4,076–€7,045, a bonus scheme, vacation days, pension, and an electric lease car.
