Bimbo Canada is hiring an Operations Manager for its Langley Bypass bakery. The role leads safe and compliant operations, food safety and quality assurance, production performance, continuous improvement, frontline leadership, labor relations, and cross-functional collaboration. Candidates need post-secondary education in a relevant technical discipline, at least five years of management and supervisory experience, and a proven track record in food processing or related high-volume production. The annual salary range is $90,000 to $135,000, excluding discretionary bonus compensation and benefits.
