BlueLinx is hiring an Operations Manager to lead daily branch operations across a geographic area. The role oversees DOT CDL drivers, administrative support, material handlers, and sales associates; ensures workplace safety and DOT compliance; manages inventory, customer service, logistics, expenses, workforce planning, hiring, coaching, and performance management; and drives operational efficiency. Candidates need at least 7 years of distribution or warehouse operations experience, with a bachelor’s degree preferred.
