Blufox is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize operations in the Keystone and Freedom markets. This role involves implementing effective processes, strategies, and best practices to enhance performance, secure compliance, and improve customer service. The manager will also focus on resource procurement, inventory management, cash handling, scheduling, merchandising, asset management, facilities maintenance, store openings, and continuous improvement initiatives.
