C3 AI is hiring an Operations Manager to run the operational backbone of its professional services organization while also building and maintaining technical infrastructure for scalable delivery. The hybrid role combines staffing, forecasting, capacity planning, delivery health reporting, escalation management, vendor oversight, and planning cycles with hands-on work developing and maintaining AI agents and internal applications. The position requires at least five years of relevant operations or technical program management experience, a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field, and the ability to work in the United States without sponsorship.
