Camphomes is hiring a full-time Operations Manager to lead and scale prefabricated home production in Nicaragua, optimize factory operations, production workflows, supply chain, logistics, and performance reporting, and develop a future Costa Rica production operation. The role requires bilingual English-Spanish communication, manufacturing or prefabrication experience, analytical and data-driven capabilities, and proficiency with digital production tools such as BIM, ERP, or project management systems.
