CarMax is hiring an Operations Manager in Training in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, to lead Service Operations across one or more assigned locations. The role manages reconditioning, cosmetic, production, and automotive service functions; leads managers and frontline associates; oversees staffing, performance, succession planning, KPIs, production capacity, quality, cost controls, and P&L accountability; and owns environmental, health, and safety programs. Candidates need at least three years of management experience, retail management experience is preferred, and must be willing to work rotating shifts, nights, weekends, holidays, and occasional travel. The annual salary is $96,000 to $168,100, with possible bonus and equity.
