Description
Carrier is hiring an Operations Manager to lead high-impact branch operations, manage projects, capacity, staffing, equipment, safety, margins, productivity, and costs, and coach line managers and field leaders. The role partners with sales, engineering, finance, and HR; mitigates operational risks; standardizes operating procedures; and makes independent decisions on resource deployment and process improvements. It requires a bachelor's degree, at least five years of progressive leadership experience, and at least ten years of Building Automation Systems or HVAC Controls experience. The position offers a base salary of CAD 110,500 to CAD 160,500 annually, does not support immigration sponsorship, and includes medical, dental, retirement, leave, disability, life insurance, and tuition assistance benefits.
