Description
The employer is seeking a branch leader for its Tumwater location to first learn the business, people, products, processes, field operations, materials, logistics, and performance standards, then take ownership of branch operations. The role involves hiring and development, accountability, problem-solving, improving productivity and quality, and growing the branch. Compensation is $80,000–$150,000 plus upside, with health, dental, and vision insurance for the employee and family, a company vehicle, gas card, PTO, and a 401(k).
