CEVA Logistics is hiring an Operations Manager (m/f/d) for its e-commerce fulfillment center in Lich. The role leads daily inbound, outbound, or ICQA operations and manages up to 1,000 warehouse associates, while overseeing KPIs, SLAs, budgets, compliance, process optimization, and improvement projects. Candidates need vocational training or a degree in logistics, business administration, or a comparable field; English and German proficiency; at least five years of operations or area-management experience; Lean and process-optimization experience; and strong WMS/ERP and M365 knowledge.
