Bon Appetit is hiring an Operations Manager to support the RVP with departmental planning, oversight, financial reporting, cost control, compliance, process development, and program administration. The role directly supervises management and other staff, coordinates cross-departmental activities, and may assist with menu development and oversight of 80+ employees. It requires some travel between Sunnyvale and different areas of Fremont, weekend and graveyard-shift availability, and hands-on food-service experience; a four-year college degree, five to ten years of progressive POM management and leadership experience, and a proven record of cost containment are preferred.
