Citadel Security USA is hiring a full-time Operations Manager in Columbia, Missouri, to oversee daily operations across assigned security contracts and locations. The role manages staffing, scheduling, workforce availability, compliance and licensing, recruiting support, equipment, client relations, quality assurance, corrective actions, and coordination with field supervisors, site leadership, the District Manager, and internal departments. The position pays $57,000 per year, follows a Monday–Friday schedule with additional nights and weekends as needed, and requires a high school diploma or GED, 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a related field, a valid driver's license, a reliable personal vehicle, and the ability to obtain and maintain a security guard license.
