Description
The Operations Manager leads the manufacturing team and oversees the Manufacturing, Packaging, Maintenance, and Logistics teams in a safe and efficient production environment. The role manages safety and environmental compliance, production output, equipment reliability, quality and nonconformance investigations, inventory accuracy, workforce development, Lean Manufacturing initiatives, customer production communications, and assumes Plant Manager duties when absent. The position requires a B.S. degree and at least five years of experience in industry or a related industry, with a Work Keys assessment required.
