Description
CLEAR is hiring an Operations Manager to lead daily airport station operations for a team of hourly Ambassadors. Reporting to the General Manager, the role supports security, customer service, and sales operations; recruits, onboards, coaches, and develops Ambassadors; handles employee relations and investigations; analyzes performance metrics; and builds stakeholder relationships. The position requires at least three years of leadership experience in a customer-facing operation, a government background investigation, and availability for a non-traditional schedule, with at least 80% of the time spent on the floor. Compensation is $65,000 to $80,000 per year in combined base salary and incentive compensation, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
