Description
CLEAR is hiring an Operations Manager to lead daily airport station operations for a team of hourly Ambassadors. Reporting to the General Manager, the role oversees security, customer service, sales, employee development, employee relations, stakeholder relationships, and performance metrics, while spending at least 80% of the time on the floor. The position requires at least three years of leadership experience in a customer-facing operation, a government background investigation, and availability for a non-traditional schedule. The base salary range is $70,000-$90,000 per year, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
