Description
CTDI is hiring an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, shipping, inventory, P&L reporting, KPIs, staff leadership, cross-functional coordination, compliance, and escalated issue resolution. The role works the first shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM Monday through Friday and requires at least five years of leadership experience, including P&L or budget experience, along with warehouse management systems, inventory control, analytical, communication, and project management skills. The position offers weekly pay, incentives, health, dental, vision, and prescription coverage, and does not qualify for visa sponsorship.
