Description
CTDI is hiring an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, shipping, inventory, P&L reporting, KPIs, staff leadership, cross-functional coordination, compliance, and escalated issue resolution. The role requires at least five years of leadership experience, proficiency with warehouse management systems and inventory control software, and knowledge of OSHA standards. It is a first-shift, Monday-through-Friday position with weekly pay, health, dental, vision, and prescription coverage, and no visa sponsorship.
