Description
The Member Services Representative monitors and supports Maui County Federal Credit Union members through phone, email, chat, text, mail, and other electronic delivery channels. The role handles member inquiries, account and transaction requests, fraud investigations, member education, cross-selling, back-office service tasks, and process-improvement recommendations. It requires a high school education or equivalent, at least two years of relevant experience, knowledge of Microsoft Office and the credit union’s core processor, and preferred credit union and loan experience.
