Custom Goods, LLC is hiring an Operations Manager to lead and optimize warehouse operations, logistics coordination, workforce management, inventory control, shipping and receiving, and distribution. The role oversees inbound and outbound processes, KPI performance, safety and compliance, budgeting, cost reduction, continuous improvement, and the development of supervisors, leads, and associates. Candidates need eight years of supervisory or managerial experience in a high-volume warehouse or similar environment, budgeting and productivity-improvement experience, strong communication skills, computer literacy, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
