Dexterra Group is hiring an Operations Manager to lead the overall operations, direction, and success of a workforce accommodations construction operation at a facility expected to launch with approximately 500 rooms and scale to 2,000 rooms. The role provides full-site accountability and strategic leadership across facilities maintenance, dining and food services, cleaning and housekeeping, and laundry services, while also overseeing staffing, hiring, performance management, budgets, revenue forecasting, cost control, client relationships, safety, and guest experience. The position requires senior operational leadership experience, preferably in large-scale hospitality or workforce accommodations, post-secondary education in a relevant discipline, strong financial and hospitality-management skills, and drug, alcohol, and fit-to-work testing as a condition of employment.
