Description
The role manages daily warehouse fulfillment operations across order control, picking, packing, kitting/splitting, inventory control, and shipping; oversees order execution, inventory accuracy, KPIs, productivity, quality, safety, compliance, audits, and continuous improvement; and leads supervisors, team leaders, and associates. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 5–8 years of progressive warehouse, distribution, logistics, or manufacturing operations experience, and at least 3 years of supervisory or management experience leading warehouse fulfillment teams.
