The role involves communicating health and safety and environmental policy changes, managing operational KPI reporting, supporting role and responsibility implementation, developing team plans, and reviewing monthly resource planning against forecasted volumes. Candidates should have previous shift manager or operations manager experience, strong communication and issue-resolution skills, IT literacy with Microsoft Office, and manufacturing logistics experience is desirable.
