Description
DHL Supply Chain is hiring a full-time Operations Manager to lead a complex spare-parts warehouse operation in a 3PL environment. The role manages approximately 110 employees, including 2–3 Shift Managers and 4 Team Leaders, and is responsible for operational performance, safety, quality, efficiency, customer service, process improvement, change management, and coordination with Engineering, Operations, and other stakeholders. The position requires experience as an Operations Manager in a 3PL environment, customer implementations, continuous improvement, strong Dutch and English communication, analytical ability, and familiarity with MS Office, Power BI, and WMS systems. The role is based in Eindhoven and offers a salary of €4,163–€5,548 under the RCS K collective agreement, with progression to €6,933, a 7.5% target bonus, and other benefits.
