Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Minimum 50-hour work week with one day off and one on-call day.
Preferred Qualifications: Ensures all stores meet or exceed minimum TIPS and Domino's Pizza Standards.
Guarantees all stores are adequately staffed and ensures comprehensive team member training.
Maintains repair and maintenance schedules across all stores.
Seamlessly implements new products and ideas.
Ensures all stores operate at a minimum four-star rating.
Performs self-OERs during the first week of each period, making necessary corrections.
Completes evaluations and raises as needed, notifying the Department of Operations.
Ensures timely completion and submission of all reports and paperwork.
Confirms completeness and accuracy of all store-level reports and paperwork.
Demonstrates knowledge of all product and operational standards.
Adheres to all safety and security procedures, ensuring equipment functionality.
Manages and maintains store budgets.
Prepares and delivers school lunches according to established standards.
Provides accurate and detailed accountability, ensuring a clear paper trail.
Ensures all equipment is accessible and properly utilized.
Conducts monthly inventory checks per store.
Utilizes systems checklists and visit books effectively.
