Description
Downer is hiring an Operations Manager to lead operational performance, resource planning, client engagement, financial management, project delivery, safety, quality, environmental compliance, and business growth for surfacing works under the Bruce Highway Targeted Safety Program. The role manages multiple infrastructure projects and maintenance activities, leads operational teams, and supports the Queensland Senior Leadership Team. Experience in roads, transport infrastructure, asphalt, pavement construction, stabilisation, or surfacing is preferred, along with strong commercial, financial, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
