Description
The Operations Manager, Operational Excellence, will lead the end-to-end management of Dyson’s outsourced manufacturing operations globally, focusing on driving operational excellence in Contract Manufacturers/JDM sites. This role involves overseeing daily manufacturing operations, partnering with stakeholders, ensuring compliance, improving KPIs, embedding continuous improvement methodologies like lean and Six Sigma, leading change and risk management, and fostering a positive organizational culture.
